升级FOXCONN 富士康 H61MXV 的Bios

注意：主板上有Bios 防写跳线，必须跳线后才能刷Flash。
主板跳线H61MXV的板上有个跳线“ME PROTECT”，默认是禁止刷新Bios 的。
把默认的1-2（禁止写），跳到2-3（可以写）即可。
警告：刷Bios 期间千万不要重启机器。如果报下面的错误：

那原因就是没有在主板上跳线，做好跳线即可。
若顺利完成（大概2分钟左右），会提示：
